About Axle Funding
Axle Funding is an independent automotive floorplan finance company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, operating in 28 markets nationwide. We partner with independent auto dealers to help them grow through reliable inventory financing, strong local relationships, and hands-on market support.
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth across a multi-market region. This is a high visibility, field-based sales role responsible for expanding dealer relationships, strengthening auction presence, and increasing market share. The majority of time is spent in the field building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive new dealer applications across an assigned multi market region
· Develop and execute a regional growth strategy
· Conduct in person dealer visits and attend auto auctions throughout the region
· Identify competitive positioning strategies
· Build and manage a robust regional sales pipeline
· Partner with internal underwriting and operations teams to activate and support dealer accounts
· Maintain CRM accuracy and regional performance tracking
· Serve as the face of Axle Funding within the automotive community
· Attend Dealer Conventions
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
· Must be or willing to become a state licensed Notary
Qualifications
· Proven experience in outside sales, regional sales, automotive sales, or financial services preferred
· Experience managing a multi-market region preferred
· Strong prospecting and business development skills
· Ability to operate independently and strategically
· Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
· Professional presence in dealer and auction environments
Salary Description
$60,000-$70,000
