    Desktop Support

    They need someone with excellent customer facing skills and who is reliable and professional.

    They use an opensource ticketing system, called OTRS. They don't need to know this specific system. They are supporting ~ employees mostly in the Boston and DC offices (but they also have 6 other small offices to support as well). They use remote desktop to support those not in same office.

    Must Haves:

    1-3+ years of experience of end-user support experience. Would prefer someone that can add value from day 1. He will accept a recent college graduate in Computer Science or a related field.

    Experience with Windows 10 (prefers some MAC experience if possible)

    Experience with Microsoft Office 365

    *Experience creating workstation images.

    *Some Active Directory

    *Experience deploying Windows patches and security fixes.

    *Some AV experience (support conference rooms)

    *Associate's degree or its equivalent is required

    Strong customer service skills, and communication (verbal and written)
