- Serve as the primary contact for the implementation and support of Learning Management, Performance Management, E-Verify, and Applicant Tracking systems for both new and existing clients.
- Manage training, implementation, and ongoing assistance for ancillary products tailored to client needs.
- Implement PTO setups and ongoing HRIS operations for assigned clients within HRCLOUD.
- Collaboratively address and escalate Level 1 HRIS product issues, ensuring timely resolution with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain and communicate client updates with internal service team in the CRM.
- Escalate complex issues to the Client Solutions Team Lead or HR Operations Manager as needed.
- Respond to advanced service delivery inquiries.
- Maintain HRIS files daily, generate reports for clients, and handle email correspondence in accordance with standard SLAs.
- Record client implementation timeline and details along with any other client interactions as "Cases" in HRIS.
- Make effective use of company systems including Microsoft Office, Workflow Management System, and other licensed applications.
- BA or BS Degree required
- Formal study in payroll, HR or similar business highly desirable
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel
- Software, HTML, Java, coding experience desirable
- Experience with PEO highly desirable
- Excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Client service, analytical and problem-solving orientation
- Team player, results-focused, strong work ethic
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in HR or Benefits Systems.
- Experience in a fast-paced, client service environment highly desirable
- Technology background/help desk experience a plus
