About the role:
At KabaFusion, our Area Nursing Administrators are directly responsible for the overall direction of the nursing services their branches provide.
This includes everything from QA to developing care plans and, if needed, even going out to take care of patients.
At KabaFusion, patient care is priority one, and our nurses are on the front line.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assess staffing needs; hire, train and monitor competencies, and educate nursing staff on policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance of agency operations with state and local rules and regulations as well as accreditation standards
Implements and evaluates budget plan and cost control policies
As an Area Nursing Administrator, you bring:
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
5+ years of multi-site management experience
Previous home health and/or home infusion experience
