    We are currently seeking a skilled Land Use Zoning Attorney to join our national law firm client in their Cleveland office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel and representation to clients on matters related to land use and zoning regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conducting thorough research on local, state, and federal land use and zoning laws and regulations.

    Advising clients on land development projects, zoning ordinances, permits, and variances.

    Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and applications.

    Representing clients in zoning hearings, administrative proceedings, and court cases.

    Collaborating with other attorneys, planners, engineers, and government officials to achieve clients' objectives.

    Providing strategic guidance and advocacy to clients throughout the land use and zoning process.

    Qualifications:

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    Admission to the Ohio State Bar (or willingness to become admitted).

    Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing land use and zoning law.

    Strong understanding of land use planning, zoning regulations, and real estate development.

    Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

    Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

    Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving favorable outcomes.
