Job summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families in our hospice house setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, person-centered care that honors each patients individual needs, preferences, and dignity
  • Maintain patient safety and implement fall prevention measures
  • Administer medications accurately according to hospice nurse orders and established protocols
