General Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring milestones and program requirements are completed according to the company schedule, and ensuring accurate reporting and execution of the program management system.

Assignments will have a strong emphasis on coordination and execution of cross functional projects that impact all aspects of new aircraft development, both technical and business related.

The individual will be responsible for developing reporting tools, scheduling updates, dashboards, and presentations to support executive level decision making.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develops, coordinates, and manages integrated program/project schedules and certification activities. 2.

Interfaces with Sales, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Flight Test, Finance, and other organizations to ensure company milestones are completed according to program requirements and schedule.3.

Develop tools, processes, and key KPIs for executive level transparency into program performance and execution4. Lead coordination of program meetings and decision making process5. Own risk, action, issue, and decision logs
