Job Title:

Sr. Financial Analyst

About the Role:

This is a key partnership role for internal clients, providing financial support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for supported groups.
Transform financial data into concise and accurate information.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, monthly forecasts of revenue and expenses, and capital.
Manage short and long-term financial planning and capital forecasting.
Prepare monthly variance analysis, operating statistics, and presentation material.
Work with department managers to develop budget presentations.
Perform trend analysis with respect to key metrics.
Support operational managers in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing analysis.

Requirements:

Strong technical skills with financial modeling, MS Office Applications, and comfort working with multiple data sources.
Understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet financial statements.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Able to build productive working relationships internally and externally.
Excels in fast-paced team environments.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Maintain accuracy and consistency.
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
At least 5 years' relevant experience, including full P&L management and forecasting.
Industry experience in SaaS, Software, Technology, or high growth organizations preferred.
