    About the role

    Ethos Life is seeking an exceptional Senior Designer with extensive experience in crafting compelling ads for paid social channels. The ideal candidate is proficient in designing across various platforms such as Meta platforms, TikTok, and Snap and understands the nuances of social media marketing. Your role will involve bringing creative concepts to life, from ideation through production, using your expertise in light editing and animation. You will transform complex ideas or detailed marketing briefs into clear, thumb-stopping, and engaging content that inspires our audience to act and drives results.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize and implement targeted paid social campaigns that are optimized for conversion and user engagement.
    • Serve as the go-to authority on the latest social media trends and best practices, ensuring our brand stays ahead of the curve.
    • Maintain and elevate Ethos Life's brand consistency across all paid social initiatives, aligning with overall marketing strategies.
    • Analyze paid social performance metrics to refine and optimize creative outputs.
    • Employ impeccable design judgment to create compelling static and video content.
    • Rapidly develop and deliver high-quality assets using a variety of tools and creative techniques.
    • Present and champion your creative ideas to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • 5+ years of experience in social media advertising, ideally within a tech-focused or direct-to-consumer brand, ad agency, or design studio.
    • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and successful paid-social campaigns, as shown in a robust portfolio.
    • Expertise in composition, motion design, and video editing.
    • Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software.
    • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to come into our San Francisco office 1-2 days a week

    The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000 - $217,000 . Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
