You are a skilled and licensed Milk Processer, looking to be part of a team

This position pays: $20-$21/Hr

What you will be doing:

1. Process raw milk into various dairy products such as pasteurized milk
2. Conduct quality control checks at various stages of the production process to ensure product consistency and safety.
3. Monitor and maintain proper temperatures, pressures, and flow rates throughout the processing operation.
4. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.
5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of processing equipment and work areas to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on processing equipment as needed.
7. Keep accurate records of production activities, including batch records, inventory levels, and quality control data.
8. Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to investigate and address any product quality or safety issues

What you bring:

1. Valid license as a milk processor issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
2. Proven experience in dairy processing or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
5. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
