    Job Title: Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse

    Duties & Responsibilities: Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse sought for 6 or 12 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Facility is open to a schedule of 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, but need a candidate who is able to cover a Saturday.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • CT RN license
    • BLS
    • 1 year hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years
    • HCHB
