    CDC has a full-time opportunity for a

    Scheduling Manager

    at our Crystal

    clinic.

    Our existing Robbinsdale clinic is moving to this newly renovated space opening in July of 2024 This position serves a critical role in the clinic by helping make quality dentistry financially available to patients.

    The position communicates with patients regarding their treatment plan, helps find the best way to finance the recommended treatment and makes appropriate financial arrangements with patients.


    Treatment Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
    Check schedule daily for patients financial obligations
    Verify all patients' insurance – state and commercial
    Collect payments and/or copays from patients
    Take overflow calls from scheduling coordinators
    Take and return calls from patients pertaining to financial quotes for treatment plans
    Schedule patient appointments as needed
    Answer patients questions regarding billing and payment options
    Process application for sliding fee scale
    Post payments on patient accounts
    Send out pre-estimates to patients

    Crystal Clinic Hours:
    Monday-Thursday 7:20am-3:30pm

    Friday 7:20am-2:30pm


    Treatment Coordinator Qualifications:
    1-2 years of dental office experience
    Bilingual proficiency in Hmong, Karen, Somali or Spanish preferred
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Organized and skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
    Experienced within MS Office or other computer software
    Experience in working with culturally diverse, limited-English or non-English speaking patients preferred
    Understand and perform each essential duty satisfactorily
