- Setting up and operating EDM/CNC machines and related equipment based on established programs, fixtures, and methods
- Performing necessary edits and adjustments to meet work order/blueprint specifications
- Demonstrating expertise in feeds, speeds, cutting tools, and their applications
- Conducting inspections to ensure work meets dimensional requirements
- Meeting quality and quantity standards while maintaining accurate paperwork
- Adhering to machining best practices
- Keeping work area, equipment, and tools organized
- Providing guidance and training to colleagues
- Taking proactive measures to solve issues and collaborating with team members when needed
- Complying with OSHA, health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Flexibility to undertake additional tasks as needed
- Must meet “US Person” criteria
- Ability to handle ITAR related data
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings
- Minimum 2 years of experience with EDM, CNC, or related equipment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Attention to detail and self-motivated
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Manufacturing ERPs
