    Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Assistant to work out of our Fort Worth Office. This is an in-office position, and there will be no remote work possibility. Bilingual in Spanish is a must

    The Creative Solutions ISNP (Institutional Special Needs Plan) Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in the business development process by establishing and nurturing relationships with nursing homes to generate potential leads for our Provider Partners Health Plan Benefits Advisors. This position involves identifying and qualifying prospects, gathering essential information, and ensuring a seamless transition of leads to the sales team. The ISNP Marketing Aisstant contributes to the overall success of the company by filling the sales funnel with high-quality leads and supporting business development efforts.

    1. Lead Generation:

      • Discover prospective leads among long-term residents in nursing homes who meet eligibility criteria for the plan.
      • Conduct thorough research to pinpoint prospects and initiate initial contact.

    2. Building Relationships:

      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at nursing homes.
      • Effectively communicate with potential prospect responsible parties to get the permission for a Licensed PPHP Benefits Advisor to contact them.

    3. Data Collection:

      • Gather and document valuable information about leads, including their preferences, requirements, and specific needs.
      • Provide this information to sales agents for a more personalized approach.

    4. Passing Leads to Agents:

      • Qualify and assess leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
      • Facilitate a smooth transition of leads to sales agents daily.

    5. Follow-up:

      • Monitor and track the progress of leads through the sales process.
      • Provide additional information or support to the sales team as necessary to help close deals.

    6. Feedback Loop:

      • Offer insights and feedback to the sales team regarding lead quality and market trends.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead conversion strategies.

    7. Training and Development:

      • Depending on the complexity of services, educate nursing home staff about our offerings.
      • Ensure that staff members are informed about the benefits and value of our products/services.

    8. Administrative Tasks:

      • Maintain accurate and organized databases of leads, interactions, and appointments.
      • Prepare reports and documentation as required to support the lead generation process.

    9. Compliance:


    • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, especially in healthcare-related services.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in lead generation, business development, or a related role is an advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in maintaining databases and using CRM software.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (if applicable).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
