Job summary
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for administering key human resources functions including employee benefits policy development regulatory compliance leave administration ensuring accurate documentation promoting a safe healthy workplace fostering consistent equitable HR practices across the organization.+
Responsibilities
- Administering medical Rx coverage through ICHRA serving as point contact assisting with enrollment process maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting employees transitioning to Medicare providing guidance on required documentation timing coordination supporting vendors.
- Coodinating annual benefits open enrollment system setup tracking issue resolution personal assistance throughout window.
