Riverview Landing LLC is seeking a talented, and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate should have experience and knowledge in the areas of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, appliance repair, and general maintenance. We are willing to train someone who is interested, and motivated to learn This position requires the team member to be a part of an on call rotation approximately every 3 to 4 weeks. Must have reliable transportation, and own hand tools. HVAC certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and make all necessary repairs for residential tenants.
• Performs preventative maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Director.
• Must be aware of the condition of the community and immediately takes action to correct unsafe conditions.
• Perform turn-over of vacated units to prepare for next resident.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after hour emergencies
• Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
• Perform and maintain work orders which include but are not limited to: Carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, HVAC systems, drywall repair, painting, appliance repair and installation, water heater replacement, replace & rekey deadbolts.
• Report to Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
• Snow Removal. Includes shoveling and salting entrance/walk ways

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• EPA certification is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Heavy lifting, and long periods of standing required
• Work well with others, as well as able to work independently
• Must have reliable transportation
