Programs Manager IIAbout the Position: The individual selected for this position will work in the Community Based Services Division Central Office located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services. This position will work under general supervision of the Director of Childrens Outpatient Services. This position serves as Senior Manager for (Oklahoma Systems of Care) OKSOC School Partnerships, responsible for implementing statewide policy related to collaborating with the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) and partner districts and schools across the state around services and supports based in schools or linked to schools to ensure that students from pre-Kindergarten through High School have improved access to behavioral health services, early intervention, and support resulting in better student, family, school, and community outcomes. This position will act as liaison between the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) and OSDE and between districts and schools and OKSOC behavioral health
Job Type/Salary:
Masters degree and one year of professional experience; or a bachelors degree and two years of professional experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
Preference may be given to applicants with a degree in psychology, social work, sociology, public health, or related field.
