    Internal Medicine Opening - Worcester, MABoston 45mFull TimePermanent PositionOverview:Location: Worcester, MassachusettsPosition: Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO)

    Full-time positionAverage patient volume: 15-20 patients per dayCompensation & Benefits:Compensation model: Fee-for-Service (FFS)

    Estimated annual compensation range:
    $252,000 - $302,000No cap on productivity income potentialFull-time, benefit-eligible roleResponsibilities:Provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communitiesInpatient rounding in: - Skilled nursing facilities - Inpatient rehabilitation facilities - Long-term care hospitalsCollaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and adhere to CMS guidelinesCoordinate care transitions with hospice, palliative care, and home care agenciesEnsure timely and accurate documentation and billing using Gehrimed EMR in compliance with Medicare guidelinesQualifications:Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineLicensed in the state of MassachusettsWilling to train experienced candidates
