- Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing engineering and design drawings for utility permit submittals, a requirement for most new orders.
- Obtaining permits for all construction work on rights of way.
- Building strong relationships with permitting agencies.
- Notifying Construction Managers of projects ready for construction.
- Updating databases (Salesforce) with project status and information.
- Labeling invoices associated with each project.
- Supporting Construction Managers and crews on each project.
- Managing files, including scanning, shipping, copying, faxing, and organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously and within a team.
- Effective prioritization and time management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Work multiple tasks in a stressful environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
