Controls Technician - Canandaigua

Job summary
This position provides support for the reliability of all automation and control systems throughout the facility.The individual will work closely with all plant personnel to perform tests, diagnostics, repairs, improvements and upgrades to all equipment instrumentation process procedures.
Responsibilities
- Drive a zero EHS incident culture support participate in incident investigations determine root cause identify preventive actions correct unsafe conditions acts immediately use every incident near miss as a teaching moment others
- Monitor adjust calibrate repair manufacturing equipment instruments fixtures etc.
- Conduct in-depth PLC HMI motor drive troubleshooting provide effective solutions Allen Bradley required with at least one other manufacturer i.e Mitsubishi Schneider GE Opto 22 etc.
