    Reviews work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, and safety.
    Ensures proper POS, cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift.
    Investigates and resolves complaints regarding food quality, service and accommodations.
    Perform some service tasks such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties.
    More about youRestaurant experience required with 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
    Self-motivated to work without direct supervision, embrace challenges and initiate projects and opportunities.
    Must have excellent written and verbal communication, POS and cash handling skills.

    Proven ability to implement and/or enforce procedures and rules while directing team members. Must maintain excellent customer service and staff relations in a faced paced environment.

    Physical requirementsRequired to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

    Will stand and walk throughout shift with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and grasping and frequently reach over head up to 7 feet.

    Push and pull movements on occasion to move equipment, mops and brooms.
