- In this role, the Event Services Specialist contributes to the mission by enhancing the student's educational experience through holistic care and leadership development by facilitating interactions and programs outside of the classroom.
- Comprehensively manage and drive the performance and growth of the services provided for CCU Event Planners through supervision of the AV Event Technician Support staff and all student worker roles such as the event assistant team, Leprino front desk workers, and AV student staff.
- Operationalize the Leprino Front Desk as a hub for Event Services support, including guest relation information, resource storage, and facility rental support.
- Oversee the Student Workers at the Leprino front desk.
- Committed follower of Jesus Christ, who believes there is no salvation apart from faith in his atonement on the cross, by grace alone becoming "born again" thus beginning a personal relationship with Christ, the Son of God.
- Regularly attend and be engaged in meaningful involvement in a Bible-believing evangelical local church.
- Knowledgeable about the Word of God and passionate about Christian education.
