We are seeking a Client Experience & Operations Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing essential support to the Office Manager and the Client Relationship Team.The role manages front-desk responsibilities, phone intake, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks while assisting with basic compliance bookkeeping office coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills organizational skills multitasking abilities professional demeanor interest in creating thoughtful client experiences.
