LHH is assisting one of our long‑term clients in identifying their next
Systems Manager
to support and lead a team overseeing banking systems. This position partners closely with senior systems leadership to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of the core banking platform and its integrations. You'll lead a small technical team, serve as an escalation point for system issues, and collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization.
This position is hybrid, with onsite- 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Systems Technicians
- Oversee daily operations of the core banking platform
- Ensure reliability and stability of third-party integrations
- Support batch processing, automation, and system monitoring
- Act as an escalation point for operational and system issues
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Support broader initiatives over time, including disaster recovery and resiliency planning
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting systems
- Hands-on experience with Fiserv core platforms (DNA preferred; other Fiserv cores considered)
- Open to comparable core systems such as Jack Henry
- Banking or credit union industry experience is required
- 1+ year of leadership, lead, or mentorship experience (formal management experience not required)
- Familiarity with automation tools and processes
