    Established in 1964, Custom Materials, Inc. is a proven source for the custom fabrication of electrical insulation and components. We personally serve major manufacturers and suppliers of electrical power generation equipment, distribution equipment, and controls.

    Components range from the insulation used in transformers, motors and motor controls to precision parts for the aerospace, military, medical, renewable energy, and other demanding industries.

    Companies appreciate our ability to deliver metal fabrications, plastic fabrications, even complete subassemblies.

    But in most every case, CMI is actually delivering a custom solution to a complex engineering, design or materials challenge.

    In fact, CMI takes on projects that others won't.

    Edit, set up, and operate CNC equipmemt to produce product according to print specifications; programming capabilities a plusTroubleshoot programs including speeds, feeds and toolingVerify and document in process work ordersEnsure quality product by using necessary measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers and pi tapesBasic maintenance on equipmentMeet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedule and proceduresPay Range:
    $20-25/hrRequirements High school diploma/GED required (2YR Technical Education Preferred)Familiarity with Microsoft Office suiteAdvanced written and oral communication skillsBlueprint ReadingGood Organizational SkillsUS Citizenship Required
