    Located in Monterey, CA, a thriving 250-bed hospital is seeking to hire a BE/BC OBGYN to join their team. Collaborate with a group of 3 other OBGYN's, 1 Gynecologic Surgeon, APPs, and an full OB hospitalist group.

    The group is a part of larger 100 physician multi-specialty group who practice in beautiful facilities right on the coast of California.

    Enjoy a lucrative compensation package, including a guaranteed base salary starting at $450,000, housing and loan assistance, and comprehensive benefits.


    The Position:

    • 1.5-2 days in surgery and 2-2.5 days in clinic per week.
    • Minimal call coverage with OB Hospitalist back up - Each physician caps their deliveries at 15 per month.
    • 60:40 split between obstetrics and gynecology, respectively.
    • Full Da Vinci robotic surgery program.
    • $451,000 - $489,000 Salary Range.
    • $150,000 for student loan and housing support available to better navigate the higher cost of living on the coast.

    • Support from Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn-Oncology and Uro-gynecology.
