Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America's largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for the Banquet Captain position. In this role, you will responsible for supervising and assisting with setup, service, and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions.
We do require that you have at least one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Prior banquet experience preferred. 1 year of supervisory or management experience in food service or the hospitality industry in a convention center or large hotel (500 room property) is preferred. Prior experience as a server and set-up house person is required. Nights, weekends, & holidays are required.
