- Interfaces with current and prospective clients on a variety of projects to include, but not limited to, brand building plans, sales and marketing initiatives, and creating business reviews.
- Prepares the Sales and Marketing Team for customer meetings including developing PowerPoint presentations, accumulating data, conducting analyses, developing travel itineraries, etc.
- Develops and implements intricate marketing programs and materials.
- Assists the Chief Sales Officers with compiling reporting tools and conducting analyses as well as participating in preparing for internal and external meetings.
- Participates in budgeting and forecasting.
- Develops analytical tools (for example, sales dashboard)
- Stays informed on company projects, product information and special events and collaborates with others to execute initiatives.
- Builds rapport with customers.
- Builds sales through analyzing issues and offering creative/strategic solutions.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Proficient Microsoft PowerPoint capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Previous experience with data mining tools and software
- Strong creative, persuasive writing skills
- Excellent presentation skills and verbal communicator
