- Assisting engineers and employees to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Diagnosing and repairing machine failures as directed by technical manuals and engineering
- Reporting machine issues directly to design engineers daily
- Gathering critical machine information, crop condition and test data
- Ensuring engineering team's goals are met for the crop season
- Effectively communicating customer's needs back to engineering
- Providing professional opinions & advice to engineering on how new features are meeting customer
- Correctly installing new parts for customer evaluation
- Minimum of 250 hours of agricultural machinery operation
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 in an agricultural major; preferably AST or Ag Engineering
- Mechanically inclined
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to travel for six weeks or more at a time
- Valid U.S. Driver's License w/ clean driving record
- Out-going & positive attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment & alone
- Ability to work long hours, some night operation will be necessary
- Ability to keep accurate & detailed records of work performed

Sage Ag Inc. is currently seeking hardworking, self-motivated, & detailed oriented individuals who arepassionate about production agriculture & machinery. Through this position, you will be working with a
major agricultural machinery manufacturer in an experimental field test environment. This position is 95%
travel and requires extensive periods away from home. You will be working independently and as a team
with engineers, technicians, & customers, on the cutting edge of agricultural machinery technology
including experimental balers, mowers, mower conditioners, self-propelled windrowers, and other
equipment throughout the U.S. & Canada.
