    Our valued client, a prominent Swiss bank renowned for its global investment prowess, is seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager to oversee its Mexican High Net Worth (HNW) clientele base in the Bahamas. With a strong emphasis on providing comprehensive wealth management solutions, the bank aims to uphold its reputation for excellence in client service and financial expertise.

    As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will spearhead the acquisition and retention of High Net Worth clients, leveraging your profound knowledge across investments, banking, trust services, and financial planning. Your responsibilities will encompass prospecting and onboarding new clients to cultivate and expand your portfolio. Managing accounts and conducting regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives. Engaging prospects and clients, offering tailored investment solutions and advisory services. Collaborating with investment professionals to deliver holistic wealth management solutions. Monitoring market trends to effectively communicate their impact on client portfolios. Upholding a robust compliance culture, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal directives.

    The ideal candidate should possess a post-graduate degree such as a Master's, CFA, CIIA, or MBA. A minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in acquiring Mexican High Net Worth clients. Demonstrable success in building and managing a portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth clients, with a focus on the Mexican market. Proficiency in investments, banking, and trust concepts, including asset allocation, portfolio management, and wealth planning. Fluency in both English and Spanish and a lexibility and willingness to relocate to the Bahamas.
