    Description/overview:

    The Performance Data Analyst is a member of the Customer Success and Operational Analytics team that will be responsible for visualizing insights to drive the organization.

    The Performance Data Analyst will be responsible for providing support and strategy recommendations inclusive of both internal and external customer interaction data, customer experience data, and division operations data to help drive strategy.

    This entails identifying, extracting, organizing, storing, analyzing, reporting, and modeling data in support of Operations Departmental initiatives, Customer Experience (CX) initiatives, and Division-wide initiatives.

    This position is eligible to work remotely, hybrid or onsite in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.

    What youll do:
    Identify data sources, both internal and external, to aid in dashboard and reporting development. Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis. Extend company data with third party sources of information as needed. Organize and maintain databases with data joined across multiple sources. Reconcile interactions and various data sources to make sure the information displayed is accurate and valid. Create and maintain databases utilized to develop reporting and visualizations to support data-driven decision making by division leaders. Provide actionable overall marketing, customer, and division data insights to address key strategic questions.

    Track, report, and analyze the performance of Customer Success and Operational Analytics activities, survey feedback programs, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of reports.

    Analyze external and internal customer data and operational data using database queries, Tableau Prep Builder, SQL, spreadsheet (Excel) models, third party analytics tools, and statistical analysis tools.
