Door-to-Door Team Lead / Closer
$50,000 Base + Commission | Leadership Role
We're looking for a proven door-to-door sales leader who can both close deals personally and build, train, and lead a high-performing canvassing team.
This is not a "figure it out on your own" role. We assist you in building your team, provide systems, training, and support — and reward you for both your personal production and your team's success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Close deals personally (lead by example)
- Recruit, train, and manage door-to-door lead generators
- Schedule huddles, trainings, and ride-alongs
- Teach reps how to knock, qualify, and set strong appointments
- Map out daily, weekly, and monthly success plans for your team
- Track performance and coach reps to higher conversion
- Build a culture of accountability, energy, and wins
Who This Is For
- Experienced D2D closer or team lead
- Someone who's already trained reps or wants to step into leadership
- Comfortable being both on the doors and in front of the team

Compensation & Perks
