Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. No extensive experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and lubrication services
Check and top off vehicle fluids
Inspect and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other basic components
Conduct basic vehicle safety checks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Valid driver's license preferred
