- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a high-growth technology company
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
