    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Junior Data Analyst,

    As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and executing various data analysis tasks. Additionally, you'll conduct audits on datasets for other members of the Research and Development team. Your duties will include generating reports for consumption by the team, documenting code, procedures, experiments, and other relevant information. Moreover, you will contribute to both long-term projects and immediate data needs. A significant portion of your time in this role will be dedicated to tasks such as cleaning data, reviewing and auditing data, and generating data summaries.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Requirements
  • Advanced degree with an emphasis on data science and data analysis.
  • 1 year of prior experience with clinical and biological data analysis.
  • 1 year of experience with high throughput gene expression or genomics data.
  • 1 year of experience with command line operation.
  • 1 year of experience with statistical analysis of data (summary statistics, survival analysis, regression, etc.)
  • 1 year of experience with machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with common office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong experience with data and text processing.
  • Strong experience with data, programming, and scripting languages. Required, R, Python, Java, SQL
  • Experience with version control and team development. Required; git.
