We are urgently hiring Forklift Operators to join a dynamic team at a Mira Mar area brewing company. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and safety of their daily operations. You will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to transport materials around the premises, including raw ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished products. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials between trucks, storage areas, and production lines.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring all operations adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper record-keeping and supply replenishment.
• Conduct inventory counts and participate in audits, collaborating with warehouse and production teams for effective stock management.
• Regularly inspect and perform maintenance on forklift equipment, reporting any needs for repair to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and adhere to production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support a safe and efficient operation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting within the food and beverage industry.
• Valid forklift certification with a solid understanding of operational and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a commitment to safe work practices.
