A Mechanical Engineer is needed for a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, whose areas of business include pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare products, agricultural chemicals, seeds and biotechnology products in the Chesterfield, MO area.
This position entails designing, building, and testing hardware components for laboratory automation systems, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Contract salary: $ per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Designing, calculating, building, and testing various hardware components for laboratory automation systems.
Researching products online, providing CAD drawings, and writing technical documents such as assembly instructions, bill of materials, and machine shop prints.
Assisting in assembling prototypes and running tests.Participating in design reviews and collaborating with other engineers and researchers both locally and remotely.
Collaborating with engineers, maintenance teams, scientists, machine shop personnel, carpenters, electricians, technicians, and vendors.
Skills:
Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks and PDM.Ability to work meticulously and maintain high organizational skills.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.1-3 years of relevant experience.
