    SCOPE:

    This professional is responsible for promoting First Financial Bank in the assigned territory with an emphasis on promoting products and services under the Treasury Management Services umbrella. In addition to sales, the representative is responsible for completing service contracts accurately and a positive client experience during the onboarding process. Treasury Sales person is responsible for providing annual reviews with high touch clients to ensure product suite is current to the client need.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Call independently or with the Account Officer on all prospects and customers.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and presentations.
    • Ensure customers receive outstanding service during the sales process, thorough training in order to effectively implement service and achieve maximum benefit and provide follow up contact to support a long-term relationship.
    • Ensure customers problems and concerns are addressed in a quick and efficient manner.
    • Track call activity and results.
    • Travel outside base location may be required from time to time.
    • Interact with all company employees with courtesy and respect. Actively participate in the Customer Service First culture, support the values of the organization, and follow established Bank policies and procedures.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Business degree or 3 years business/marketing/sales experience is required.
    • Treasury Management experience is a plus.
    • Communicate effectively to business owners and decision makers to maximize the opportunity to close the sale.
    • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software is required, including computer skills sufficient to install programs and hardware on customer computers with provided instructions.
    • Demonstrate the ability to cooperate and maintain an effective team relationship.
