    Job Summary:

    Randstad is a top HR solutions company worldwide and is looking for a Senior Validation Engineer in the Chicago suburbs, IL. This role involves managing the Sanitization Program for the site, requiring expertise in Cleaning, Sanitization, and Validation for OTC, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. The position entails serving as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting audits, problem-solving, mentoring staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a direct hire opportunity with immediate availability.

    Location: Morton Grove, Illinois
    Job Type: Permanent
    Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
    Work Hours: 8 to 4
    Education: Bachelor's

    Responsibilities:

    • Plans and implements a robust cleaning and sanitization program
    • Leads execution of cleaning and sanitization validations
    • Author or update SOPs to support the program
    • Trains processing and packaging personnel on SOP execution
    • Supports Quality Manager during audits
    • Leads hygiene program ensuring proper PPEs and cGMP adherence
    • Reviews program performance and plans projects
    • Responsible for all tasks related to cleaning validations
    • Independently contributes to new technologies development
    • Provides training on procedures and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • BS degree in relevant science discipline
      3-5 years of Quality experience in the pharmaceutical industry
      Strong background in cleaning and sanitization programs

    Skills:

    • Quality control, SOP, Quality Assurance, CAPA, Biology, Chemistry, GLP, GMP, Sanitation, Process Engineering
