Responsibilities
- Grow your team by partnering with community-based organizations to recruit and hire caring trustworthy CHWs administrative staff Work on-site to oversee day-to-day programmatic personnel operations supervising staff in alignment with program goals Integrate CHWs into community clinical settings ensure high-quality patient support Deliver report high performance on quality outcomes program satisfaction for all individuals receiving CHW support Achieve high patient staff satisfaction promote retention growth of the program Build IMPCs presence Maryland region through partnerships strategic selection engagement activities Ensure high-quality delivery client services including strategic planning hiring training professional development programming support healthcare organizations across country build run effective sustainable programs
