- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and confidential manner.
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment efforts for senior-level positions, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, providing coaching and training to managers on performance feedback and goal setting. Implement strategies to drive employee engagement and performance improvement.
- Compliance and HR Operations: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records. Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics and trends.
- Employee Development: Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver learning programs that align with business objectives.
- HR Strategy and Projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support organizational goals. Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience leading HR projects and initiatives from conception to implementation.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
