    Sr. Manager, People Technology and Services (PTS) Talent Systems

    SIE is embarking on a journey to transform employee experience. We have an amazing opportunity for a driven Sr. Manager to join the Digital, Technology, & Information Services (DTIS) team. The Sr.

    Manager will play a critical role in creating a People Technology vision and defining requirements for the Talent Systems workstream.

    In this role, you will serve as a strong Thought Partner to the HR Talent (Talent, Performance and Learning) and Talent Acquisition teams to convert the business needs into designs through architecture best practices, principles and process excellence.

    Manager position is both a hands-on and leadership role that provides an opportunity for someone who excels in both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

    The candidate must feel confident in leading/growing a team of Sr. Analysts while performing configurations in Workday and other HR systems. This position will report to the Director, People Technology and Services.

    Essential Requirements:
    Be a People Technology Thought Partner to our Talent Enablement Development and Talent Acquisition functions; understand our customers' program vision, roadmap, roles and responsibilities, and business dynamics
    Partner closely with our customers to drive and prioritize the talent technology roadmap; identify level of effort and proactively engage resources required for each project
    Responsible for providing guidance/direction and developing the skills of a team of Sr. Analysts/Product Owners through coaching and mentoring
    Lead the end to end system implementation; responsibilities include providing project management activities and act as Technology Lead to facilitate discovery meetings, gather and document system requirements, lead UAT testing, participate in change management efforts and manage deployment efforts
    Manage day to day operations including enhancements, upgrades, bug fixes and QA protocol; continue to strive for operational excellence including maintaining system/process documentation, streamlining/automating internal processes and meeting SOX compliance
    Execute PTS vision and HR technology strategy through driving adoption and optimizing system's potential.
    Work closely with other PTS workstream leads in resolving cross application problems holistically and drive improvements
    Work with the Procurement team to manage system contract and renewals
    Basic Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
    Minimum 12 years of experience in working in the HR Technology field; minimum three years' experience in a people manager role; demonstrated success in developing career development plan of the team
    Hands on configurations experience in Workday Talent and Performance modules
    Experience with Learning Management and Recruiting systems preferred
    Possess extensive experience and working knowledge related to Workday configurations including business process definitions, calculated fields, reports and dashboard, and integration design
    Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders through oral and written communications; able to turn complex technical solutions into stories/narratives to a diverse audience
    Proven expertise in framing complex, ambiguous issues and effectively engaging/mobilizing a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver a solution
    Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working on own initiative with limited supervision.
    Demonstrated success in bringing positive impact to the business through clarifying roles and responsibilities, process improvement and technology solutions.
    Operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to manage confidential employee data.
    Experience working in a global company; demonstrate superior flexibility to meet constant changing business needs.

    Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

    The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
    $167,500 — $251,300 USD
