At Koroseal, we're seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team.
We're looking for an individual with a strong understanding of technology to serve as the first line of defense in supporting our Creators across the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for intake, troubleshooting, and resolving or escalating end-user technical issues. They will work closely with our Creators to effectively understand how to use corporate technology solutions at an optimal level.

Responding to user inquiries in person, by phone, or via digital channels while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adhering to defined KPIs
