    WE ARE HIRING NOW We are looking for a happy and energetic manager to join our fun team of stylists. Sharkeys Cuts for Kids is a salon for kids ages 0-14. Were on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family

    Responsibilities include:
    • Strong stylist technical skills with ability to mentor and train - lead team by example
    • Ability and desire to style in addition to fulfilling assistant manager role
    • Promote Sharkeys to new customers and potential new team members
    • Assist Manager in hiring, training and retaining stylists
    • Oversee Daily Operations
    • Provide exceptional client experience.
    • Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service.
    • Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs.
    • Ability and desire to work with kids - playful, caring, patient, etc.
    • Maintain cleanliness of the salon.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
    Must have active cosmetology or barber license in KS.
