    Position:

    Case Aide

    Description:

    Our client is a non-profit organization providing services at a licensed residential facility for adults with mental disabilities. The program includes a structured residence and Outpatient Clinic offering intensive mental health services to help clients develop independent skills for community living. The facility is supported by a diverse team, including Paraprofessionals, Master's level therapists, Case Aides, and Medication Technicians, providing care and services seven days a week. Case Aides play a crucial role in supervising residents, monitoring behavior, and assisting with various tasks such as medication compliance and crisis intervention.

    Essential Duties:

    • Effective communication and collaboration with the treatment team and clients
    • Assessment and intervention in crisis situations
    • Proficient English communication skills
    • Independent work with good judgment and composure under pressure
    • Knowledge of counseling and psychotherapy
    • Flexible work hours and environments
    • Remaining calm and objective with emotional clients
    • Accepting and giving instructions appropriately

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in counseling or psychiatric nursing
    • Educational background in Behavioral Sciences

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field

    Compensation:

    $20.34/hr - $21.37/hr (non-bilingual)

    $21.34/hr - $22.37/hr (bilingual Spanish)

    + Monthly Incentive Award
