    Job Title - AI/ML Architect

    Location - Dallas, TX, USA – Hybrid

    Employment Type - Contract (C2C)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Architect to support enterprise business intelligence and research initiatives for a leading homebuilding organization. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with Finance and business stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven solutions that extract insights, compare internal and external data sources, and predict meaningful business trends.

    This role requires a technically strong, mature professional with excellent communication skills who can translate complex business problems into scalable AI/ML and cloud-based engineering solutions.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Design end-to-end AI and machine learning architectures, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring


    • Partner with business and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable AI/ML solutions


    • Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms


    • Build predictive models leveraging internal and external data sources


    • Design and maintain scalable, production-grade APIs and cloud-native microservices


    • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET 6.0+ with Azure Functions


    • Integrate AI/ML solutions with Azure-based infrastructure and enterprise applications


    • Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices


    • Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control processes


    • Monitor and optimize API and model performance


    • Mentor cross-functional engineering teams and drive technical excellence


    • Create and maintain technical documentation and API specifications

    Mandatory Skills & Qualifications


    • 10+ years of experience building production-grade software systems


    • Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML system design and implementation


    • Proficiency in C#, .NET 6.0+, and RESTful API development


    • Deep experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure API Management, serverless architecture)


    • Experience designing microservices-based architectures


    • Strong understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring


    • Experience working with business stakeholders to solve real-world analytical problems


    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    Preferred Skills


    • Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., generative AI, LLMs) into enterprise workflows


    • Strong analytical and predictive modeling experience


    • Experience leveraging ChatGPT or similar AI platforms for research-driven insights


    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows


    • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
