We're looking for a sharp proactive Account Manager to be the trusted day-to-day partner for our clients.You'll sit at the center of strategy execution and communication owning client relationships while coordinating with internal teams across Creative Media SEO Analytics and CRO

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients
- Build strong long-term client relationships based on trust results Lead client onboarding regular check-ins performance reviews Anticipate client needs proactively recommend improvements or new opportunities Project Campaign Management Manage multiple client accounts campaigns simultaneously Translate client goals into clear briefs actionable plans for internal teams Coordinate timelines deliverables approvals across departments Ensure projects are delivered on time scope budget Strategy Performance Partner strategists specialists align campaigns business objectives Review interpret performance reports present insights recommendations to clients Monitor KPIs ensure campaign performance meets exceeds expectations Growth Retention Identify upsell cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals Support contract renewals drive account growth Act as the clients internal advocate protect agency profitability Required Qualifications Experience account management or services role Prior experience digital marketing agency strongly preferred Strong understanding digital marketing channels paid media SEO CRO analytics creative Excellent communication presentation organizational skills Proven ability manage multiple priorities fast-paced environment Client-first mindset problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working B2B clients Familiarity tools Google Analytics HubSpot Salesforce Asana Monday similar Basic understanding digital performance metrics reporting Experience supporting renewals upsells account expansion What We Offer Competitive salary + incentives Health dental vision benefits Paid time off company holidays Remote hybrid flexibility depending location Clear growth path within growing digital agency Collaborative no-ego team culture
