- Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their functional deficits and goals.
- Conduct thorough examinations, selecting reliable methods relevant to the chief complaint and history. Perform range-of-motion testing for upper extremity function if applicable.
- Cultivate effective relationships with referring providers by keeping them informed about patient progress and recommending optimal treatments. If applicable, complete daily documentation in therapy EMR. Provide therapeutic ultrasound treatment when necessary.
