- Work with team and individually to complete maintenance functions
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system in all areas of the plant with limited assistance
- Follow safety procedures including but not limited to LOTO, Fall prevention, confined space, NFPA 70E
- Properly document work orders, projects, and tasks in eMaint CMMS systems.
- Maintain all production equipment in a safe manner. This includes both mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform machine installations and modifications, as necessary.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment.
- Read and understand Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics.
- Install and repair mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components.
- Investigate malfunctions of electrical components, such as starters, relays, switches, photo-electrics, and other components.
- Perform other assignments as required by Supervisor.
- Knowledge with using CMMS preferably Emaint
- Ability to read Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics and troubleshoot.
- Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with peers and management
- Self-Motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to operate within a team environment.
- 5+ Years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
- Experience with motor drive controls
- Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 12 hours
- Twist, bend, stoop and kneel
- Lift, push, pull and move up to 75lbs individually or 150lbs with a partner
- Grasp, squeeze, hold/handle thin to thick metal, small & large items
- Requires reaching, handling and grasping while turning of upper body while moving and lifting
- Visual acuity to inspect product for various quality flaws and to ensure equipment is in safe working condition
- Proper wear of all required Personal Protective Equipment
- Work in temperatures consistent with outdoor climate conditions and hot machinery (Heat, humidity, etc.)
