    Description
    We are a fee-only boutique wealth management firm in Newton, MA, deeply rooted in fiduciary principles. Our mission is to guide clients with clarity, foresight, and precision on their financial journeys.

    We are dedicated to providing clients with personalized strategies to help them solve complex situations, including retirement planning and divorce financial planning.

    We're looking for a seasoned Senior Advisor to join our team part-time.

    The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of financial planning, a desire to enact real change in our clients' financial lives, and a vision that aligns with our firm.

    While the position begins as a part-time role, it may evolve into a full-time opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Foster and nurture relationships with designated clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    Deliver comprehensive financial planning services, including but not limited to retirement planning, tax planning, and investment strategies.
    Translate complex financial concepts into actionable and tailored advice for our diverse clientele.
    Update financial plans periodically and implement financial plans as needed.
    Work in synergy with the broader team, sharing knowledge and insights, maintaining service consistency, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

    Qualifications:
    Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial planner or wealth manager in a fee-only setting.
    A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
    Mastery of financial planning software and CRM tools.
    An empathetic approach towards clients, understanding their unique challenges.
    A strong understanding of retirement, tax planning, and investment planning.
    Commitment to continuous learning.

    What We Offer:
    This is a salary + bonus position. Bonus shall be paid twice yearly based on company results and advisor performance.
    This is a remote position with periodic in-person team meetings. Client meetings can be on Zoom or in person in the office as needed.
    This is not a sales position. Prospecting is not expected.
